About this role
What success looks like in this role: Key Responsibilities- Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract, and SLA compliance - Manage the team to effectively respond and action all incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination - Manage Service Delivery change work as agreed with your assigned clients - Act as the primary Service Delivery interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive communication and clear reporting which is delivered to published timeframes - Support, and where appropriate, lead project activities within your assigned clients - Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement - Ensure all operations meet appropriate banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.
