As we continue expanding across multiple states, we're looking for an experienced Medical Records & Health Information Manager to build and lead our Health Information Management (HIM) function from the ground up.This is more than a traditional medical records role - it's an opportunity to create scalable processes, influence organizational strategy, and ensure the highest standards of privacy, compliance, and patient care.If you're passionate about health information management, love building efficient systems, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing environment, we'd love to meet you!ð What You'll DoAs our Medical Records & Health Information Manager, you'll:ð Lead all medical records and release of information operationsð Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, payer requirements, and CARF standardsâ ï¸ Design and implement scalable HIM workflows, policies, and tracking systemsð Develop reporting metrics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround timesð ¤ Partner with Compliance, Legal, Clinical Operations, Technology, and Quality teamsð Train and support staff on medical records processes, documentation standards, and privacy best practicesð ¡ï¸ Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for health information management
