Junior Integration Launch Specialist

Job responsibilities- Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch; - Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality; - Handling requests coming through the ticketing system; - Validating the quality of partner integrations; - Logging information about integrating partners; - Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners; - Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors; - Escalating requests to other teams when needed; - Maintaining and updating the knowledge base.
