Principal Territory Manager
About this role
Duties & Responsibilities - Owns the territory strategy and execution based on overall business strategy and territory growth targets - Responsible for achieving or exceeding quota for the assigned territory - Applies expert knowledge of Epicor products' solutions to the customer and its differentiation with the competition - Prospects in the assigned territory to achieve a qualified pipeline of 5X the annual quota - Coordinates cross-functionally to maximize revenue from prospects in the assigned territory - Acts as an effective sales team leader with the ability to work cross-functionally within and outside of the sales organization - Updates and maintains CRM data base and performs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Proven track record of sales success in the software industry - Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships - Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner to customers and sales team - Ability to act as a leader to the team and manage cross-functional projects - Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies - Knowledge of the specific product industry Qualifications - 8+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge - 3+ years of specialized/industry experience - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
