Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a Creative professional to take ownership of the creative output by producing high-quality branded content across social media and internal documents. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and branding, excels in Canva, copywriting, and social media management, and is confident in creating engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities This is a creative-first role. We have an established brand and a growing need for consistent, high-quality content across social media channels and internal documents. We want someone who can take ownership of the creative output - not just execute briefs, but bring design instinct and a strong eye for branding. Social Media Management Plan, create, and publish content for LinkedIn and Instagram, maintaining consistent brand tone and visual identity Manage social channels day-to-day - scheduling, publishing, community engagement Build and execute social media campaigns, including outbound and awareness activity Analyse campaign performance and report on what's working - reach, engagement, follower growth Proactively suggest content ideas and improvements based on performance data Creative & Design Produce all branded creative assets using Canva as the primary design tool Design and maintain brochureware, one-pagers, event assets and other external-facing collateral Build and update presentation decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint Support internal document design - templates, branded materials, and ad hoc requests Maintain visual consistency across all outputs in line with brand g…
