Role Overview The Paid Media Specialist will work across Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for partner brands in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, consumer products, premium goods, and service-based markets. The role requires strong hands-on paid media experience, clear analytical thinking, practical optimization judgment, and the ability to communicate campaign performance in a structured and professional way. The ideal candidate understands how to review paid advertising data, identify performance issues, improve campaign structure, test creative angles, monitor budget efficiency, and produce clear recommendations that support better business outcomes.
