Equipment Technician

Overview: Our client is a well-established hospitality business committed to delivering exceptional products and customer service. They are seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join their team and help contribute to their high standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and maintain commercial and residential beverage equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform preventative maintenance. Provide excellent customer service and resolve equipment issues. Train customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment. Install plumbing and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards. Maintain service records, parts inventory, and job updates. Respond to scheduled after-hours and weekend service calls. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory counts. Requirements Technical certification or equivalent qualification. 2 - 3 years' experience servicing and repairing equipment. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's licence. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work after hours and weekends on a scheduled basis.
