You will optimise the overall HR health and performance of your client portfolio by providing instrumental guidance on HR and legal compliance, taking a risk-management approach to complex industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) matters. You will serve as the "expert in the room," ensuring clients feel confident in our mission to make employment easier and more valuable.
